Can you suggest a recipe with mince pork?

Mix with bread crumbs, egg, onion,minced apple, seasoning to taste. Make into a loaf and bake as a meat loaf. Glaze with apple cider, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and a pinch of clove. thicken with cornstarch & water slurry. Left overs will make a great sandwich.
