Clomid and 4 mature follicles?!??!?

I had my cycle day 13 ultrasound today. I take 100 mgs of clomid days 3-7 and this is my second round. I did not have an ultrasound last month, and was wondering how good are my chances of getting pregnant this month??? Doc said I have 4 mature follicles. I have PCOS and this will be my third child, first with meds. She said to get busy so I'll be doing that tonight! But does having 4 eggs increase my chances??? Also, will all 4 be released if they are all mature?? Thanks in advance! =)
