What to do with my crazy nocturnal cat?

About a week ago my boyfriend and I brought home a 6 month old adorable cat. While she is very cuddly and sweet during the day and we love her very much, she's a monster at night. She's constantly pouncing on my boyfriends crotch and biting our toes, ankles, and knees in bed - we're worried she may even bite through our expensive down comforter and ruin it. If we shut her out of the bedroom, she meows incessantly. We can't sleep! Is there any way to curb this behavior?
