When you were infantry, did you ever think about better ways or equipment?
my bright idea was a rifle built like a pool cue for deliberate raids on dug in positions. something you could aim and fire in less than one second, point and click and keep moving, until you reached a good base position where you could simply swap barrels and leave the long barrel in place until the objective was secure. the benefit being maybe 20% less enemies on the objective to contend with....it's kind of crazy , i know, but you think about stuff like that. (the idea coming from gap shooting a bow, i could hit the bottom of a can from about 30 yards, no sights with my browning compound, easily after getting the hang.)...i figure targets up to 100 meters could quickly be eliminated as they pop up with very little aiming time.
