Situation in Myanmar, what ASEAN and UN should do?

So, I was reading the news lately and that the issue in Myanmar always shows up on the frontpage of different websites. I feel sorry for the people of Myanmar (monks, nuns and civilians). They're just expressing themselves peacefully and why is that the government always have to use force to these people to control their lives? The government is so greedy of the power and abusing it too much! So, I need your opinion about this issue. What should the ASEAN (ociation of South East Asia Nation) and UN (United Nation) should do to stop this tyranny and oppression and help the people of Myanmar to have a freedom of speech and live their lives normally?
