8i heard a rumor that the obama administration actually has a plan to stop illegal immigration is it true?

and its not because of the potential risk of pandemic diseases,but the green movement they are pushing,seems those millions of illegal feet trod-ding across the border are trampling down endangered plant species and they want it stopped at all cost,so they have plans to wall of the border and use land mines for a deterrent,those mines don't just blow people up they instead blow a high visibility green florescence dye on the offender and a sent similar to a skunks to make locating and fining the offenders easier.is it true?or what?
