How often must Security checks in Texas Jails be Conducted?

I was arrested and put into a segregation cell due to the fact that I'm a correctional officer. 4 hours was the longest time frame without an officer present. As far as I'm aware any offender/detainee must be check for their well being a max of every 30min. I am hoping to get my Public Intoxication charge dropped from my record and I would like to have information I could use against the County for negligence to maybe plea with the judge to do so if she doesn't drop my charge.
