My husband gave me chlamydia a couple years ago....?

and we got treated. I later found out that he again had been sleeping with the girl he cheated on me with who had told him she didn't have it. Well since then we both have had occasional itching or irritation and sometime I have pain when we have . I have even been back to the doctor to retest (which came back negative) but was treated again anyway. When they retreated me my symptoms would go aways for a few months but this time I have yellow discharge with a green hue about it but no pain, itching or irritation. So we went back to the doctor and this time I made him get treated too. The doctor again says it doesn't look like a STD but results came back that its not BV or trick either, any ideas?
