Skype is acting up...?

My brother just got a webcam, and he got me one too because he's going to college. We hooked up the webcam (Hercules Dualpix Chat and Show) and we can see ourselves and all. We also hooked up the microphone. I just Skyped my brother, and I can see and here him fine, and he can hear me, but he just can't see me. Help!
