What is the best way to dye my Dark Brown Hair to Blond?

if you aren't willing to fork over the money to get it done at a salon then yes you will have to bleach your hair. then you will have to tone it blond. finally you will have to add the black. also if you wanted to you could go to a cosmetology school on days that the students do hair on the public and have a student do it. it is usually cheaper then a regular salon. don't worry either the students are watched carefully by their teacher. i should know i am a cosmetology student
