What is the name of this PC arcade game?

IT would be from the 90's or so. It is like Doom when it comes to graphical functioning , but it's resemblance ends there. Where in Doom you navigate 2 dimensionally in this game you navigate 3 dimensionally. You are actually in a flying machine fighting against mining robots.
