Whats the best way to get someone with a bench warrant arrested?

I know where he is at. I need him to pay his child support and get his DNA test. Our baby is 2 and his father is a deadbeat. Failed to appear in court twice we are bearly getting by and I refuse to get public istance so I will take every other route. Please help...his father is self employeed
