Why should marijuanna be legalized?

it's a harmless little plant that was outlawed for reasons of racism as well as monetary gain. it was popular with hispanics, so they outlawed it in order to throw hispanics into jail. and it was going to replace paper, but the people that controlled paper wanted hemp off the market.
