How do i remove the penger door on a Fiat Punto?

My g/f has got a 1997 Fiat Punto of which she has recently damaged the penger door. I have found a good secondhand replacement and I just wish to fit it. How do I go about removing the door and refitting the new one? What sort of tools do i need? please help!
