Is it normal to get collection calls for someone else consistently?

My husband's ex wife. They've been divorced for years, and we just moved to this residence in January (new number). Is this a California thing or what?? His name isn't included in ANY of the debts. They are all from after his divorce. Still they are super annoying- like 3-4 per day! Has this ever happened to you? Should I give out her number or is that vindictive?
